  • Damaged or Defective Items: If your package arrives damaged, including broken bottles or spilled contents, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
  • Lost Packages: If your package is lost during transit, please reach out to us for resolution.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Due to the nature of our products (samples), we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

How to Request a Refund

  • A brief description of the issue
  • Photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging (if applicable)

Refund Process

Once your refund request is received and approved, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Refunds typically take 5-7 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Important Notes

  • Refunds are only issued for the value of the damaged item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the issue is directly related to shipping (e.g., broken bottles during transit).
